Could a two day headache be a sign of pregancy ?

i have had a headache for a while now i go to bed with one and wake up with one , my back hurts and i been throwin up lately or i feel sick , smokin wasnt a problem now the smell is GROSS , my chest hurts and im really tired im constly peeing and hungry ! im gainin weight, but im havin regular periods. i need help am i pregnant i took a test and it came out negative...so why am i feeling like this ?
