My puppy is still biting us!! What can we do now to stop it?

I got a puppy at the age of 6 weeks old, she was timid and quiet at first, but when she got her bearings she starting being VERY hyperactive and biting anything or anyone in the way of her path. I posted about it before and i got some really good advice, i tried a lot of the advice i was giving but none of it seems to be working. She has just had her last vaccination done so maybe when i can start walking her she will have less pent up energy around the house. The other thing i was worried about too is that her and my partner do not seem to have warmed to each other and they seem to wind each other up a lot. The pup does not bite me so much, but when she does it hurts a lot. I know sometimes she is just playing or teething, but it is getting too much. I have tried time-outs, yelling NO, spraying water on her, and ignoring her. None of it seems to work, i think she thinks she is the boss of the house and it HAS to stop now, i cant cope with the madness around the house anymore. HELP!!!1
