Target Customer Service?

I just purchase Sculpey clay from target just 10 minutes ago. I brought it home, unpackaged it and took out the "so-called-clay." The Sculpey clay was all dried up and flakey and did not hold together. The instructions said the knead the clay until soft and smooth, but the Sculpey doesn't even stick together! I still have the receipt in my hands. Can I complain and get a full refund from Target?
