Dude....I am a girl...but i can tell you that she's being a flirt. She is flirting with every guy she sees, and probably does the same thing to others. She's just trying to make you feel bad. TRUST ME. I know people like that. Here's the advice: DONT ASK HER OUT, if you do she's going to probably say yes...and then break your heart. All im saying is that i dont want you to be hurt. I've been through something similar.(vise versa) and i know what the catch is....She's gonna get ur attention...and then ur going to say " I should've listened to that weird stranger" Lol...jkjk but yeah...thats what i recommend best .
