A question to Muslims the following 3 verses of the Quran,it is clear that Allah is refering to Muslims which?

The following 2 verses of the Quran.1 o' people of faith when you converse secretly among yourself, do not speak with wickedness and enmity and disobedience to the Prophet,but speak with justice and piety.Fear Allah to whom you all have to return.2 Secret counsels are the work of the devil who try to annoy the people of faith,yet the devil cannot harm them at all without Allah's leave.Let the faithful put their trust in Allah.These 2 verses are from [parah 28 kadsamiallah] [soorah almujadilah] [verses 9 and 10].This is clear that Allah is refering to the Muslims not the none Muslims because he is saying [ya ayo halla zeena amanoo] which means o' people of faith,so can somebody tell me which Muslims is he refering to? Who are these Muslims who have accepted the Prophets [pbuh] word,who have accepted the Muslim faith,who are fine in front of the Prophet [pbuh] or on the Prophet's [pbuh] face but speak/converse with wickedness,enmity and disobedience about the Prophet [pbuh] behind his back?.I see that i a have asked a few questions before without any insult,abuse or swearing and in a civilised,decent manner but people are not responding to my questions probably because they are not educated enough or they do not have much knowledge and information in this field or may be they just do not have the /guts to answer.Where are all the religious heavy weights?All i am looking for is a honest,decent answer in a civilised manner according to sense and logic.
