Swiss k-31 Rifle for 199 bucks g/vg condition...is it a good deal?

I saw few of these guns on the internet going for 199 bucks ( the cheapest) plus around 20 bucks for shipping and another 35 for transporting fees from my local gun dealer. So its actually 275 all together. I didnt find any at the a gunshow. Is that riffle much superior then to 91/30 average mosin nagant and a 24/47 Yugo mauser. Am planning to get the Yugo too..already have the Mosin and a sks. 7.5 swiss ammo is kinda pricy comparing to 54R ( mosin) but am sure the swiss is not that far superior ( 7.5) to 7.62x54r. Or is it??
