&fmt=18 HD on youtube?

if &fmt=18 /16 is how you make a video highquality, is there a way to select HD, where its a large screen in far better quality than the 'highquality' setting. is there a code to add at the end of the URL to make it automaticly start in this quality, like there is for 'highquality'?
