Did the Israeli government ever apologize for creating the Palestinian diaspora?

Apology? They are still taking more land, destroying more homes, and killing more innocent people. They want all of Palestine for themselves. It disgust me how they are able to committ such crimes while the world says nothing. "an act of injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" I think molcolm x said that not sure though
