Does anyone else have a boyfriend who flirts around sometimes?

I'm 19 he's 22, ive been dating him for a year, he's in love with me, we used to be childhood friends, we know each otehr inside out. I lost my virginity to him recently. He's amazing, cares bout me a lot, cant do without talkin to me all night, thinks about me all the time and is very emotionally attached to me. He's very, VERY good looking tho, so yea there's a lot of hot chicks hittin on him all the time so he flirts back. Is this normal? cuz yes, im not all that "hot" im pretty ordinary. So should i feel insecure?
