Isn't Obama's Health Care just a form of extortion?

The threat of government action against non compliance with the legislation is just part of the problem. Insurance premium rates have increased for many people because of the fact that coverage can no longer be denied, in addition to new coverage options. Someone has to pay for it and that would be those who are "lucky" to have jobs and are able to barely afford the new premiums. Quality legislation it is not.
