Outdoor activities in Osaka, Japan?

I'm not sure what you could do in Osaka besides going to Osaka-jo koen. It's a nice place there especially during Sakura season. There are many places near Osaka that you can go. Tatoeba- Mino~san, (Mino Mountain) Rokko~san (Rokko Mountain). You can also go visit the burial site in Suita. I guess it depends on what you want to be doing. There are more parks near the Takarazuka area. There is a dog park (not just an off leash area, but they have shows and everything) near Takarazuka as well.
