Really need help,Please help, congenital heart defect?

A hole in the heart can usually be fixed with a cardiac catheterization or open heart surgery...both of which are fairly common nowadays & they perform them in children all the time. I haven't personally heard of such a thing, and especially not of a doctor telling her she has exactly 14 days to live. Is there something else going on? I would definitely have her consult with another cardiologist, afterall, it is her life.
