Sudden link now fails?

before sudden link "upgraded" (downgraded) which was every day since midnight they had a ton of options, now they have none.Use to be great now its like using a atari.they had a search feature in the guide so it was easy to add shows to record automatically,they now have the guide with advertisements and no way to search for a show by name and category so if you want to add a show to auto record new episodes you have to know the EXACT date and time of when it comes on!Anyone else infuriated with the awful service from sudden link?Cox Cable use to be the best cause it had the exact same things as satellite with no extra charges, now it doesn't have anything worth keeping the service for.anyone else feel the same with the new transition?
