What Lacrosse shaft is better?

im getting a new lacrosse shaft i have a couple questions what do u think is better the warrior dolomite, Brine f55 or the gait 803 ice any one know how much they weight and stuff like that and can u get a d pole and cut it in half would that ve regulation size and would it work????
