When a guy acts like this does it mean that he likes me?

I would say that he does like you, but the best way to make sure is to simple ask. I know it kinda sounds scary to ask someone that, but its not once you start. When you guys are just sitting there talking you can just bring it up casually and its actually not that bad. Hope that somewhat helped :)
