What should I do ??? Im a mtf tranual but I'm 13?

ok I'm 13 and I'm I know my parents will give me no istance what so ever because they can't accept me for the girl I know I am,and since I have no parental concent I can't do hormone treatment.and I live in north Carolina I cnt get the hormones without parental concent and its nc,its very unlikely id be able to purchase them off the street so what should I do?!puberty is starting and idk what to do its like bein a girl but waking up with a moustasche and its very hard to fit in at middle school being a girl trapped in a guys body so someone help me!!!!!!!! (dont say counciling my parents think I'm an average boy)
